Garage Door Off Track
Customer Issue: Ms. Lopez noticed several of the rollers had popped out of the track.
Our Solution: Our team found the point where the garage door was no longer securely on the track. Then, after clamping the door into place and disconnecting the opener for safety, the track was pried open to return the rollers to the proper spot.
Customer Issue: Torsion spring broke.
Our Solution: We first made sure the door was fully closed and that working on it was safe. Then, seeing as the broken unit was an EZ-Set torsion spring, we first made sure the replacement we brought was of similar length and inside diameter. It was, so we carefully removed the damaged spring with the new one and made sure the door could open safely and evenly again.
Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: Wanted a new door for his new home.
Our Solution: The customer's new home had an attached garage, and he wanted an economical option. We made several suggestions, and the customer chose a raised-panel 2—layer style Clopay CLASSIC™ garage door with extra insulation. We installed his new door and made sure he was satisfied with its insulating qualities.
